The Adventures In Creating Decorated Cakes

After leaving the workforce to stay home and commit to being a homemaker, my youngest daughter and I decided to take a cake decorating class. If you have the time and money to invest in this adventure I would recommend it, however it is definitely an investment! The classes were fun and somewhat informative but I don't believe anyone becomes "The Cake Boss". Practice...Failure...Practice...More failure...and...Practice. Learning to decorate is trial and error..and long hours. But I love creating something and honestly, I love the reactions from people. Some of the cakes I will post are ones my daughter and I did together and some are just me. Remember...I'm still learning. None are perfect.
